Meet the Founder
Rich Super is an Emmy-nominated producer, entrepreneur, and founder of Super Artists, a boutique talent and entertainment company dedicated to discovering, developing, and elevating distinctive voices in comedy, live entertainment, television, and digital media.
For more than two decades, Super has helped artists transform talent into lasting careers, building a reputation for his hands-on approach, trusted relationships, and instinct for identifying performers with a distinct point of view. As both a producer and talent executive, he has worked at the intersection of creativity and strategy, guiding artists through an evolving entertainment landscape while helping them expand across touring, television, digital platforms, and branded opportunities. Throughout his career, Super has worked with notable talent including Theresa Caputo, Richard Lewis, Colin Mochrie, Brad Sherwood, Kristina Kuzmic, Kevin Pollak, and Randy Rainbow. As a producer, he earned a Primetime Emmy Award nomination for The Randy Rainbow Show, underscoring his ability to support talent across both live and screen-based platforms.
Beyond entertainment, Super is also the co-founder of Santa Monica Brew Works, the first brewery in the history of Santa Monica and now the largest craft brewery on Los Angeles’ Westside. Conceived in 2012 and launched in 2014, the company reflects Super’s forward-thinking entrepreneurial instincts and ability to build brands from the ground up.
Super’s passion for comedy began during his senior year of high school, when he was introduced to the legendary Catch a Rising Star in New York City. That early exposure to comedy at one of its most exciting cultural moments sparked a lifelong fascination with talent, performance, and the business of entertainment.
After founding and leading Super Artists for more than sixteen years, Super was recruited to The Gersh Agency’s comedy division to expand its comedy presence and strategic relationships across Los Angeles and New York. He later returned to the company he built to accelerate the continued growth and expansion of Super Artists. Known as a relationship-driven advocate for artists, Super brings an entrepreneurial spirit, sharp creative instincts, and decades of industry experience to every project and partnership.
